The Huguenot Cottage
The Huguenot cottage is situated on a grassy expanse down to the lake, surrounded by oak, pine, crepe myrtle, and mimosa trees. 6 acres total. The large private deck is furnished with chairs, side tables, and ceiling fans. In the Huguenot yard, defined by English hedgerows, there is a charcoal BBQ with side table, fire pit, and a stack of complimentary firewood. Beyond the yard, in the larger park like area, there is a horse shoe pit and two large swings that old and young alike love! With 1200sq ft total, three bedrooms - two private queen bedrooms and two double beds in the loft bedroom, one full bathroom off the main living area and one full bath as an on suite to a queen bedroom, this cottage accommodates eight(8) guests maximum. The kitchenette is equipped with dishes, utensils, basic cooking equipment, toaster, coffee maker, gas range and oven, microwave, and fridge/freezer. Central heating and air conditioning. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS permitted on property.
